Cathrine Margarita Runebottle
Born into the small community at Summerford Farms, where she lost and gained family as a young teen, Cathrine takes her role of protector as a sense of duty. Now that her young charges have grown, she has joined them in Empyreum, in their Free Company Casual Garbage as she learns to balance her love for her family and living her own life.

Cathrine grew up hearing stories of battle from her Grandmother, for whom she was named after. Along with tales from her tutor, Flavius Bitterwinkle, Cathrine was enchanted by the daring dos of their FC, Cursor Solaris, where her grandmother protected her friends as a Paladin. Following in her grandmother's footsteps was her childhood dream.

However, like many dreams, life tends to disrupt. With adolescence came struggle and hardships. Her ambitions of becoming a Paladin of the Light went dark as the responsibility of adulthood was thrust upon her. When finally leaving to join CG, she picked up the weapon closest to farm equipment she could find, a pole arm. Her training as a dragoon eventually led her down the path of the Dark Knight, where her pain and suffering found an outlet, one that she could use to protect the ones she loved, much like her beloved Grandmother.

History
Cathrine Margarita was born to Galita and Mat’aeo Ro’driguez, son of Cathrine Ro’driguez & D’ooryan Tia. She grew up in Summerford Farms with her parents and grandmother. Although they were in a small community, she learned from a private tutor, and old friend of her grandmother's, Flavius Bitterwinkle. Cathrine fell in love with books and would devour any subject matter put before of her. When Cathrine was about five, her parents befriended a new couple to the community, D’fay and her husband M’qoi. Soon after, Docarious and Daiquiri were born. Cathrine was delighted to have the new twins as playmates. She would follow after D'fay and Galita day after day and help however she could. Although the passing of her grandmother was a sad time in her young life, the beginnings of this new one was full of hope.
A few years later, tragedy struck the small farmland when a group of bandits attacked the village. D'fay and M'qoi did not survive. Galita and Mat'aeo took in the twins to raise along side Cathrine to honor their fallen friends. The next time the bandits began to come to the farm, Mat'aeo joined a group of adventurers to head them off, but didn't survive the encounter. Within the year, Cathrine's mother, Galita also passed away, due to sickness.At age 13, Cathrine was left alone to raise the twins. She also began to tutor them along with other children nearby. She taught the children and the community helped run the farm. Together, Cathrine and the twins not only survived but lead a fairly happy life. Cathrine found love in an adventurer named Orothos. However, before they were to wed, he perished in a dungeon. Eventually, the twins grew up and went off on their own adventures and formed Casual Garbage. Having nothing else tying her to the farm, Cathrine sold it to a neighbor, bought a lance, and made her way out into the world, joining her kids in Casual Garbage.
Cathrine became quite the home maker within the guild, often designing and decorating the FC's headquarters. One day, while doing recon in venues across the crystal, she came across a helpful Au'ra who showed her many new places. After an envening of tea and conversation, the two became nearly inseperable.Quill-vi Runebottle, an Archmage of some renown, changed into a miqo'te, and the two adventured and grew closer and closer together. He proposed to Cathrine in a tree house in the yard they would eventually call their home. He took her middle name and she his last.The two switch back and forth between Au'ra and Miqo'te so often, they refer themselves as Miq'aura. They are currently expecting twins.
